Workplace Sponsors
Encouraging employees to make a positive impact through charitable giving and volunteering is extremely rewarding. Ralston House is a member of CHC: Creating Healthier Communities which brings communities, nonprofits, and businesses together around a shared commitment to better health and wellbeing.
Workplace Giving - Payroll Deductions
Your Human Resources team will let you know if your company participates in payroll deductions. By giving through recurring or one-time payroll deduction, your donation is automatically deducted from your paycheck, there are no extra fees and because employees' payroll donations come out of your after-tax earnings, your donation is tax-deductible. Depending on who your employer partners with, you can use one of the Campaign IDs listed below to donate directly to Ralston House.

Employer Matching Gifts
Most companies offer a dollar-for-dollar match when you donate to a nonprofit, enabling you to DOUBLE the impact of your donation. Corporate matching gifts are a type of philanthropy in which companies financially match donations that their employees make to nonprofit organizations. When an employee makes a donation, they'll request the matching gift from their employer, who then makes their own donation. Check with your human resources department to see if they offer a matching gift program.
Donation Drive
Join and gather with your coworkers to make a difference in the community by hosting goods or fundraising drives. Ralston House is in need of several items throughout the year to help make the families that visit more comfortable. Visit our wish list to see what items we are currently accepting. You may also consider hosting a pinwheel garden onsite at your company and accept donations for the pinwheels planted.
