Volunteer Opportunities
Ralston House relies heavily on our dedicated and talented volunteers, who gave more than 3,500 hours of service last year. There are numerous areas to volunteer for Ralston House including community events and advocates.
Please call our main line 720.898.6741 x 2 to inquire about any open volunteer positions or internships.
Advocates
Victim Family Support Advocates: Ralston House utilizes volunteers to sit and entertain the children before their interview. The process to become an advocate is a lengthy process due to the highly confidential nature of the work we do. It requires filling out a personal history questionnaire, an interview, background check, reference checks, and an integrity interview by a member of the Arvada Police Department.
Bilingual skills are strongly preferred though not required.
